Data Acknowledgment & DEP Agreement
To access and sign the Data Exchange Platform (DEP) agreement, you must provide your CSPS (Case New Holland Secure Portal System) credentials.
Only one person from your ownership group needs to agree to the CNH DEP Data Acknowledgment.
How does this work?
Your CSPS credentials allow us to securely authenticate you and retrieve the mandatory DEP Data Acknowledgment document, as required by CNH.
Only one person from your ownership group needs to complete this step. After entering your credentials click the “Open DEP Agreement” button and the CNH-DEP Dealer Acknowledgment will open for review. Review the document and click “Agree”.
Why complete the Data Acknowledgment?
The CNH DEP Dealer Acknowledgment is required to enable DEP functionality within ASPEN and qualify for 2026 0.5% discount on depot parts purchased from CNH Parts & Service from 2/3/2026 through 8/3/2026.
